No. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB cards issued outside of Russia do not work. You cannot use them for payments or ATM withdrawals. UnionPay works in some locations but is not reliable (approx. 60% acceptance).

You have two main options:

• Cash: Bring USD or EUR banknotes in good condition and exchange them at a bank.
• Agent payment: Transfer USDT to us, and we can pay your bills in rubles or arrange cash delivery to your hotel.

Citizens of more than 55 countries, including EU nations, China, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, can apply for an e-visa. It is valid for 60 days from issuance and allows a stay of up to 16 days. We can help you with the application.

Moscow remains one of the safest major cities in the world. Street crime is extremely low, and the city center is well-lit and monitored. Normal life continues as usual with restaurants, theaters, and shops fully open.

Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter are blocked in Russia. To access them, you will need a VPN. We provide a "Digital Survival Kit" which includes a local SIM card and a pre-configured Premium VPN that works reliably in Russia.
