Everything You
Need to Know.

Payments & Money

Do international cards work in Russia?

+
No. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB cards issued outside of Russia do not work. You cannot use them for payments or ATM withdrawals. UnionPay works in some locations but is not reliable (approx. 60% acceptance).

How can I pay for things then?

+
You have two main options:
  • Cash: Bring USD or EUR (new, crisp bills only) and exchange them at a bank.
  • Agent Payment (Recommended): You transfer crypto (USDT) to us, and we pay your bills in Rubles or provide you with cash delivery to your hotel.

Visas & Entry

Can I get an E-Visa?

+
Yes! Citizens of 55+ countries (including EU nations, China, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.) can apply for an E-Visa. It is valid for 60 days from issuance and allows a stay of up to 16 days. We can assist with the application to ensure it is not rejected.

Services & Safety

Is it safe to visit Moscow?

+
Moscow remains one of the safest major cities in the world. Street crime is extremely low, and the city center is well-lit and monitored. Normal life continues as usual with restaurants, theaters, and shops fully open.

Will my internet/apps work?

+
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter are blocked in Russia. To access them, you will need a VPN. We provide a "Digital Survival Kit" which includes a local SIM card and a pre-configured Premium VPN that works reliably in Russia.
